Mr. Gilmore joined the firm in 1986 and has more than 30 years of experience with consulting engineering firms and water utilities. He oversees the firms Stamford office and has multidisciplinary experience with an emphasis on site engineering, water distribution and sewage collection systems, and roadway design.
Mr. Gilmore is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Water Works Association.
