Education facilities need to invite a love of learning. At Milone & MacBroom, Inc. our engineers and landscape architects understand that and strive to incorporate elements into site design that invite students from pre-K to college to enjoy the learning experience. Although educational facilities often have common elements, like the need for utility service, roadway access and parking lots, each site presents unique challenges and opportunities.

Through our multi-discipline team approach we capitalize on opportunities to enhance the learning experience, while optimizing the challenges to reduce construction and long term maintenance costs. Our work has included not only building and site layout, but created wetland systems and ponds for use as outdoor classrooms.
