MMI Assists Middletown with Gateway Study

MMI’s Planning Group was retained as a subconsultant to assist in the redevelopment planning for the North End and South End Gateway areas bordering downtown Middletown in Connecticut.  MMI staff has completed a market analysis and have prepared conceptual development and improvement plans for the two gateway areas.
