Mr. Hart joined the firm in 1987 and is manager of the Civil Engineering Group. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and has extensive experience in the areas of site development, utility infrastructure design, hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, dam construction and repairs and regulatory permit programs. As Vice President of the firm, he manages the Civil Engineering Group, overseeing and managing the firm’s site development projects and dam repair projects. He also assists in the stormwater management and the permitting aspects of site planning projects.
He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Association of State Dam Safety Officials and the Association of State Floodplain Managers.
