Our in-house staff provide a full range of construction phase services, including bidding assistance, periodic site observations, resident engineering, project closeout, and the review of contractor submittals and payment requisitions. Members of our staff are certified by the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), the New England Transportation Technician Certification Program (NETTCP), and NACE.
