About Milone & MacBroom

Transforming communities & protecting our environment through the fusion of art & science

We solve problems with highly-efficient, sustainable solutions, adaptive designs, & technical precision

Milone & MacBroom is one of the largest consulting firms in the Northeast, offering a diverse set of specialty practices in the fields of engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and environmental science and services. We serve a multitude of industries, from government and NGO's to cities and municipalities. Unlike niche companies or enterprise firms, we have local expertise, cross-functional teams, and a relationship-first approach that sets us apart. That, combined with our technical precision, attention to detail, and passion behind our work, helps us to deliver the most efficient and sustainable solutions offered.

The story behind MMI

Over 30 years ago, Milone & MacBroom started as two ambitious professionals who wanted to challenge the status quo at typical engineering firms by using their creative problem solving to disrupt the industry. Today, we are an innovative and human-centered consulting firm who thinks without bounds. Our fundamental philosophy, putting like-minded clients at the center of our work, has changed the way people perceive us. And while our services, team, and reputation have continuously expanded over the past several decades, our longstanding values remain the catalyst that inspires forward-thinking excellence in our work and our commitment to unprecedented client service.
