Chris Hulk, PE

Lead Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

About Chris

As a Lead Project Engineer in the firm’s Civil Engineering department, Chris’s favorite aspect of his job is taking something and making it better—most notably, his work designing athletic fields, where he spends a lot of his off time as well. Being able to take a field that has historically been a poor playing field and turning it into a state-of-the-art facility is what Chris finds most worthwhile. He is responsible for design practices on all levels of a project, managing client interactions, and overseeing construction activities.

Chris, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut. His other certifications include:

RSO – Nuclear Density Testing, No. 12283
NETTCP Hot Mix Asphalt Paving Inspector
Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I
American Concrete Institute (ACI)
AHA Heartsaver First Aid Program
