Mr. Caughman is a Senior Project Engineer with field and office experience on both environmental and power plant projects. He practices in design, bid, and construction phases of sewage treatment plants, sewage pumping stations, force mains, water treatment facilities, potable water systems, stormwater pumping systems, intake structures, odor control, and the structures housing these facilities, as well as instrumentation, control, and telemetry systems. He has provided contract administration, construction oversight, inspection services, and Owner’s Representation on a multitude of projects varying in size and complexity.
