About Glenn
Glenn, who has nearly 40 years of experience in roadway bridge design, bridge safety inspection and Load Rating, roadway design, waterfront structures, and construction inspection, practices in commercial, industrial, municipal, and educational facilities for new structures in addition to rehabilitation of and modifications to existing ones. As a Senior Project Specialist, he is responsible for structural analysis and design, project management, and the preparation of contract drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. He has also received FHWA training for the safety inspection of in-service bridges.
