About Jennifer

As Assistant Manager of Construction Services, Jennifer leads the construction administrative services on roadway and bridge projects for the State of Connecticut and local municipalities. Her practice includes monitoring construction activities, managing inspection teams, maintaining project records, preparing project correspondence and documentation, and coordinating communication between project representatives. Jennifer was drawn to the field of civil engineering by a desire to innovate and implement positive improvements to spaces that are used on a daily basis. She most appreciates that in the construction field every day is different and every project is different.
