As President of MMI, John drives the firm's vision of growth and expansion while ensuring a culture of respect and balance. He is personally committed to the success of the firm's projects, the satisfaction of our clients, and the happiness of our employees. Initiating a private practice in early 1984 and founding Milone & MacBroom later that year in partnership with Jim MacBroom, John has a diverse background in both civil and architectural engineering, including extensive experience in both private and public development, transportation, and infrastructure. In addition to overall project oversight involving quality control, scheduling, and project management, he regularly participates in project feasibility and design assessments as well as alternatives analyses.

Earning an A.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, John is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Jersey. His professional affiliations include:
