About Rebecca

Rebecca is an emerging leader in land use and community planning in Connecticut who offers diverse experience as a consulting, regional, and municipal planner. As President-Elect of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Planning Association, she is actively involved in promoting and supporting the profession. Her technical skills include zoning regulation development, GIS analysis, and public outreach, and she is experienced in a variety of community and school planning projects. Rebecca's training and experience as a regional and municipal planner contribute to her deep understanding of the complex demographic, housing, and social factors influencing community plans and decision-making, as well as her ability to facilitate the public planning process.


Graduating with an M.A. in Regional Planning from University of Massachusetts Amherst and a B.A. in International Studies from Marlboro College, Rebecca is a Certified Planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners and is affiliated with the following professional organizations:
