Scott, a Lead Environmental Scientist, has experience spanning the areas of hydrogeology, hydrology, environmental planning, and environmental science. His practice includes water supply planning and feasibility studies, environmental permitting for new and existing water systems, natural hazard mitigation planning, and environmental assessments. He also routinely provides GIS analysis and cartographic support for a variety of projects.

Expertise

Scott is a Certified Floodplain Manager who holds both an M.S. and B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Connecticut. He is skilled in Aquifer Test - Pumping Test Analysis, ArcGIS 10.3, FEMA Benefit-Cost Analysis Software, and FEMA HAZUS-MH – Loss and is an active member of:
