About Thom

Thom is a Senior Project Specialist responsible for the project management, planning, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater projects. His practice includes design-bid-build projects of all sizes, and he has an in-depth understanding of water and wastewater pump stations, rehabilitation of pipelines for both water and sewer systems, and water storage tanks. Improving our community with the projects he completes is what Thom most appreciates about his role.


Thom holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut. His certifications and professional affiliations include:
